I thought I got a dud at first, but then I got a replacement from amazon which was also just as bad looking. I've uploaded two pics (they are side by side). I also noticed that the seller who has uploaded his own, shows a third one upclose, and there are two black spots you can see in his picture... <br /> <br />I'd uploaded a audio video sample but my VIA 1.2 GHz processor can't handle this microphone for some reason even though it can use the built in microphone just fine. <br /> <br />Another thing to keep in mind is that this doesn't come with its own software, so I wasn't able to adjust the microphone settings, I had to use vista's help feature to figure out how to adjust them, and you can't do it manually, you can only let it decide the level, bleah. Tech support online by the manufacturer went well but I ended up returning it to Amazon without hassle. Never had this happen before, doubt I would choose this brand name again. The seller said the item was picked up and provided a tracking number and then charged my card. The item never arrived and Federal Express said that there never was a package. The seller bascially lied to me and tried to steal my money. Amazon did give me a full refund. Do NOT trust this seller. and no, the seller never sent me any kind of apology or explanation.
